Once registrations are complete, our team exports the data and creates flight blocks to ensure the best airfare rates for your group. We work with our trusted partners and hoteliers to establish and negotiate the best accommodation rates possible, while also conducting a site inspection to hand select unique venues for welcome dinners, farewell dinners and business meetings.

about our president

Lauren Simmons is from a small town outside of Charlotte, NC. Lauren says, “it’s a quiet way of life", especially compared to the hustle and bustle of big cities, but it’s a good way of life, understanding the importance of family, community and support. Lauren crowns her family for teaching her small-town values and character that helps carry her through life’s milestones. Lauren is passionate about travel, golf and life.

She takes time to research the most sought out places both domestic and international. She is extremely grateful for the opportunity to build her dream of helping groups to plan a trip of a lifetime! Simmons Travel was born out of covid-19. This gave Lauren the time to complete her education in the field, build relationships and visit resorts around the world. She enjoys taking every opportunity to laugh and make the most of her days. Lauren resides in Locust, NC with her husband Ryan and their two four legged children, Rocky and Chester! Ryan and Lauren attend Hopewell Baptist Church, and both enjoy time with family, traveling to new destinations and enjoy spending time on the golf course. Lauren’s passion for helping others deepens her relationships with clients and allows her to go above and beyond for her clients when planning their next incentive trip or business meeting. Lauren has extensive relationships with luxury resorts, DMC’s and other suppliers around the world. Lauren is passionate about giving her clients what they deserve and doing it the right way. She keeps it simple and to the point and is precise with her work.
