There are four important components when it comes to planning an incentive trip:
Accessibility of the Destination: Accessibility is a top priority for our team, with destinations that can be reached by direct flights, and destinations that are easy to get to.
Accommodation: The quality of accommodation is very important for our team. If you arrive and you’re disappointed, we don’t want that. We work with our partners to select a 4- or 5-star resort at the best rates possible. Given that incentive trips often involve high-end or luxury components, they can be expensive. However, we work with our clients to stay within the proposed budget and offering the best possible products and services within these financial constraints.
Destination: This is the “wow” factor. The destination should be attractive and appealing, and perhaps aspirational. We like to think that the destinations we pick are “unique,” “luxurious,” “exotic,” “memorable,” “authentic,” and “high profile.” We involve our partners worldwide and conduct site visits to hand select the perfect destination for your group.
Perceived Risk. We take into consideration a range of risks when choosing a destination for your incentive trip. Some destinations are not suitable for the group over the suggested trip dates because of weather, terrorism and/or political instability. We rely on our partners around the world to keep us informed so that we can educate our client and make safe decisions for the group based on the destination's current standings.
